Description

Boil the rinsed barley in salted water until tender, drain and rinse. Finely chop the peeled onion and fry in fat until pink, add chopped mushrooms and fry. Add cooked barley, salt, pepper, season with crushed garlic, add marjoram. Put the mixture in a gastronorm container and bake. Serve with cabbage salad with horseradish. Garnish with parsley.
