Description

Stir the cottage cheese, add egg melange, powdered sugar, rinsed steamed raisins and mix thoroughly. Spread the pancakes with the curd filling, roll and cut in half, arrange in an oiled gastronorm container and bake slightly. Pour the mixture of egg melange, milk, vanilla pudding over the pancakes and bake until golden brown. When serving, cut individual portions and sprinkle them with a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
