We cut the meat into strips, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and sauté in oil with chopped onions and garlic. Then we add crushed tomatoes, corn, sliced chili peppers, and simmer until the meat is tender. Thicken with cornstarch. Toast the tortilla, place it on a plate, add the meat mixture, sprinkle with chopped iceberg lettuce, pour over the dip, and fold. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Yogurt dip: Mix yogurt with lime juice, add sugar, salt, white pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly.
