Cut the meat into noodles, season with salt and pepper. Fry the chopped onion in the oil until pink, add the bacon, paprika, fry, then add the meat, cover with water and simmer until tender, add the chopped mushrooms and thicken with flour, add the wine, pork juice and boil.
