Description

Clean the salad greens and cut them into pieces. Add chopped tomatoes, drain the tuna from the can using a sieve, and cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Slice the red onion into thin half-moons, drizzle with lemon juice, mix, and let it marinate. Prepare the dressing in a small lidded bowl. Place the salad, tomatoes, chopped olives, and eggs on one side of a serving dish. Place the tuna in the center, top with red onion, and add a lemon wedge. Chill at +8°C. Serve the dressing separately with the salad.
