Cut the meat into slices, tenderize, salt, pepper and brush with mustard. Place chopped bacon, peeled salami, cucumbers and boiled eggs cut into quarters in the centre of the meat. Roll the slices and fasten them at the edges. Fry the rolls on a darker onion base, pour in the broth and simmer until tender. Remove the rolls, thicken the juice with a roux prepared from fat and flour, stir and cook. Add salt and pepper the cooked sauce as needed, put the rolls in the sauce and cook again briefly.
