Description

Fry the minced meat in oil with chopped onions. Add salt, garlic, pepper, sugar, basil and crushed tomatoes. Simmer together until tender. Prepare a béchamel sauce from fat, cream, flour and milk, which is seasoned with salt, mace and oregano. Grease the gastronorm container with oil and gradually place the dough sheets, a layer of crushed tomatoes with meat and pour over the béchamel. Layer in this way two more times and finish with a thicker layer of béchamel. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake until golden. When serving, garnish with chopped flat-leaf parsley and sprinkle with grated Gran Moravia cheese.
