Prepare a sauce from flour and oil, pour milk over it. Add processed cheese, cheese sauce, vegeta, salt and pepper. Boil the sauce, stirring constantly. Finally, soften the sauce with cream and season with ground white pepper and salt. Steam broccoli and potatoes, heat the eggs. When serving, pour the sauce into the bowl, add the potatoes, place the broccoli and the egg cut lengthwise on top. Garnish with chives.
