Sauté chopped onion in oil. Add flour and prepare a light roux, stirring constantly. Mix in paprika and ground pepper. Gradually add smoked broth, stirring continuously, and simmer. Add sliced sausages that have been browned in oil beforehand, and diced boiled potatoes. Season with salt, garlic, pepper, and soup seasoning. Garnish with chopped parsley when serving.
