We prepare potato dough, adding vinegar and salt. Fill the dough with plum jam into the shape of cones, dusting with coarse flour during processing. Cook in steam. After cooking, brush the cones with oil. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with hot butter.
