Description

Cook lentils, rice, and broccoli. In a pan, sauté the onion in oil until translucent, then add cumin and turmeric. Stir in the cooked rice and lentils. Season with salt and pepper, and add the broccoli. When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped chives.
