Cut the meat into larger cubes, salt and pepper. Cut the cleaned pumpkin (without seeds) into larger cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion-chopped meat, cumin, ground pepper, coriander spices. Add water, orange juice, stir, salt and simmer until almost soft. Add pumpkin baked in butter to the meat. Slowly simmer together with the meat, thicken with butter roux and cook. Season with lemon juice and sugar. When serving, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
