Description

Prepare the potato dough. Roll out into cylinders and cook in lightly salted water. Halve the plums, briefly simmer with honey and cinnamon, add plum jam, thicken with starch, season with sugar and lemon juice. Serve the sauce in the middle of the plate, place the rolls on top, garnish with a dollop of sour cream, and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
