Description

Prepare the yoghurt dough. Prepare dumplings and cook in lightly salted water. Stew the apple slices/cubes together with the honey briefly, thicken with starch, season with sugar, lemon juice and blend. Serve the sauce on a plate in the middle, place the dumplings on top, garnish with a glove of sour cream and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
