Cut the meat into larger pieces and season with salt. Mix the oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger and chilli, mix the mixture, rub it on the meat parts and leave to marinate in the refrigerator. Slightly baste the meat with the stock and roast with the chopped onions until tender. Remove the finished meat. Thicken the fat with cornflour and pour in the chicken stock, boil and season with salt. Strain the juice. Cut the meat into slices. Serve the meat with the juice and garnish with coriander.
