Description

Stir the egg melange with a little starch. Put pre-soaked soybean cubes into this mixture. Lightly salt them and let them rest in a cool place. Fry the soya meat in hot oil. Add sugar, which is caramelized, peanuts, chili spice, soy sauce, salt, vegeta, drizzle with water and wine. Stir, thicken slightly with starch and cook briefly.
