Description

Cut the beef into cubes, salt and season with pepper and cumin. Fry the onion in oil until brown. Add meat, sliced smoked flank, dust with sweet paprika, add puree and fry together, cover with water and simmer until almost tender. Thicken the sauce with a roux, which is prepared from oil and flour, boil. Finally, add chopped hot peppers, pepper pods, garlic, marjoram and season with salt and pepper if desired.
