Description

Cut the beef into cubes. On the darker onion base, add chopped meat, tomato paste, salt, pepper and fry. Cover with water and simmer until tender. Remove the finished meat, stew the juice into fat, dust with flour and fry. Pour in water, stir thoroughly and cook. Put the finished meat in the sauce. Cut the pepper pods into strips, fry in oil and add to the sauce. Season with salt, ground pepper and heat everything together briefly.
