Description

Fry the finely chopped bacon, add the onion, fry until pink, add the sausage, dust with paprika, fry, add cumin, pour in water and bring to a boil. Put the rinsed, diced potatoes into the boiling base, add a little salt and pepper and simmer under the lid. Slightly thicken the partially stewed potatoes with a light sauce made from fat and sifted flour, season with garlic and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. When serving, garnish with chopped parsley leaves.
