Description

Cut the chicken breasts into strips, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in oil. Add the chopped leek, onion, mixed vegetables, and ginger. Sauté lightly, then splash with chicken broth, wine, and thicken with cornflour. Stir well and cook. Finally, season with salt and ground pepper.
