Description

Cut the rinsed pork parts across the fiber into cutlets, tenderize them, cut slightly at the edges and salt. Brush the prepared schnitzels with Dijon mustard and sprinkle with crushed cumin. Then coat in flour, egg melange beaten with milk, breadcrumbs and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Garnish with lemon when serving.
