Description

Cut the smoked pork neck into slices, steam it. Boil a light sauce prepared from fat, onion and flour into the smoked broth. Add milk, salt and cook, stirring constantly. Strain the sauce, add creamy horseradish, soften with cream, butter. Boil briefly and season with sugar, vinegar and salt.
