Description

Salt and pepper the chicken, add soy sauce, mix, put on a baking sheet. Bake covered at 180 °C, 60 minutes – the meat must be very soft. Cut the meat and mix it with your own juices. Cool. Tear the iceberg lettuce into larger pieces, cut the kohlrabi and carrots into strips, cut the red onion into rings, chop the coriander coarsely. Dressing: mix lemon juice with soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, hoisin sauce, sugar and mix until smooth. How we will serve the food: Serve in a bowl, put salad mixed with dressing, next to carrots, then tomatoes, next to it place meat, sprinkle with crushed cashew nuts and red onion.
