Description

Mix the couscous with ground paprika, pour boiling water over it and let it swell, let it cool down and mix well with a fork. Clean the pepper, cut it into cubes with the carrots, steam together in a combi oven for 5 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Cut the spring onion and celery stalks into slices. Grease the couscous with olive oil, mix with cubes of tomatoes, carrots, peppers, celery stalks and spring onions. Add salt, pepper, lemon and lime juice, chopped mint and coriander. Mix gently. Dressing: Mix yogurt with tahini paste, lemon juice, maple syrup, olive and sesame oil, and soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly together with the couscous. Serve on a plate.
