Description

Boil the rice, mix it with the drained chickpeas. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips. Mix the dressing from lemon juice, crushed garlic, olive oil, sesame paste and salt. Cut the other vegetables into the desired shapes. Place all the ingredients in a plate next to each other, pour over the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
