Description

Mix the dressing from the yoghurt, Garam masala spice, turmeric, oil, salt and pepper. Finely chop the cabbage, squeeze the lime and mix the cabbage. Let it rest for a while. Put the cabbage in the middle and the carrots, apples and dressing around the plate. Finally, sprinkle with seeds and spring onions. Serve the dressing together with the salad on a plate, not separately!
