Description

Boil the beans in hot water and immediately put them in cold water, drain. Tear the lettuce into large pieces in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, add cucumbers and tomatoes for crescent moons, olives, half-cut roasted potatoes, sliced onion. Prepare a dressing of olive oil, Dijon mustard, wine vinegar and honey. Whisk until smooth. Put the salad in the middle of the bowl, add the green beans on top, pour over the dressing, place the sliced egg into wedges around the perimeter with the tip up, place the tuna pieces in the center. Garnish with onion rings.
