Description

Cut all the ingredients into cubes, tear the iceberg lettuce. Mix everything. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Dressing: in a bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt and white pepper, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, sugar, wine vinegar, grated ginger, crushed garlic and lemon juice. Mix everything into a smooth emulsion. In a bowl, put the salad in the middle, sprinkle with roasted bacon, diced blue cheese, pour the dressing over top. Place an arugula nest in the middle of the salad, sprinkle with a couple of pieces of fried bacon. Cut the boiled egg into wedges and place along the entire perimeter of the dish with the tip in the center.
