Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain, and coat with a little oil. In olive oil, sauté the sausage cut into strips and chopped garlic. Briefly heat through, then add crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and white wine. Bring to a boil. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the mixture and mix everything together. Serve sprinkled with grated Gran Moravia cheese.
