Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Then rinse with cold water, drizzle with oil, and mix. Sauté the ham with garlic, add chopped spinach, cream, season with salt and ground pepper, and bring to a boil. Finally, toss the mixture with the pasta. Serve sprinkled with grated Gran Moravia cheese.
