Prepare potato dough to which add a little vinegar. Form doughnuts, which we fill with the prepared poppy seed filling. Place the doughnuts in boiling, salted water. After boiling, grease them with oil. Cut the plums in half and briefly simmer them with the sugar and rum. Serve the plum broth, place the doughnuts on top and top with a dollop of soft curd.
