Description

Rinse the rice and add it to boiling milk, lightly salt, and simmer until tender. Beat granulated sugar and vanilla sugar with butter and the egg mixture, stir into the cooled rice porridge, add stiffly beaten egg whites, and gently mix. Bake in a greased baking dish. Add a little water, sugar, and jam to the strawberries, and thicken with starch mixed in water. Boil briefly. When serving, pour the strawberry sauce over the rice and garnish with sour cream.
