Tear the salad into smaller pieces. If you have a metal stainless steel ring with a diameter of 8 cm and a height of 3.5 cm, use it for serving the salad. Press the desired amount of salad onto the center of the plate using the ring, then remove the ring. Without the ring, serve the salad in the usual way. Place parchment paper on a hot grill, drizzle the Zorba cheese with olive oil, and grill on both sides. Serve the grilled cheese with the torn salad.
