We cook peas until tender and puree them. In oil, we sauté diced onion until translucent, then add diced carrots and sauté until golden. Next, we add diced sausage and briefly sauté. We pour in the pureed peas, broth, add diced potatoes, garlic, salt, ground pepper, and marjoram. We simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed. When serving, garnish the soup with chopped parsley.
