Description

Pork meat cut into strips, seasoned with salt, marinated in a mixture of egg melange and starch. Let it marinate. In hot oil, sauté the meat together with chopped garlic, onion, ginger, mushrooms, carrots, blanched sliced cabbage, and bell pepper. Finally, add soy sauce, sugar, chili powder, sprinkle with broth, thicken with dissolved starch, and simmer briefly.
