Mix hoisin sauce with rice vinegar, salt, grated garlic, ginger, and chopped chili peppers. Cut the pork belly into cubes and mix it with the marinade. The meat is lightly moistened with water and baked. In a bowl serve cooked rice alongside shredded iceberg lettuce mixed with olive oil, topped with meat cubes and drizzled with the sauce. Garnish with chopped spring onions, chili peppers, white sesame seeds, and cilantro.
