Description

Cut the chicken into pieces, season with pepper and salt, and coat in cornstarch mixed with egg. Cut the vegetables into pieces the same size as the meat. Heat the oil in a wok and quickly fry the chicken. Gradually add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, chili pepper, and pineapple. Fry everything together, season with salt, sugar, ketchup, chili sauce, lemon juice, and splash with chicken broth. Finally, thicken slightly with starch. Serve immediately.
