Description

Pork meat coarsely ground. Chop onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ground meat, season with salt and pepper, add a little water, and simmer until tender. Add peas, carrots, corn, and leeks. Sauté briefly and mix with cooked rice. When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and add pickled cucumber. Pour pork broth over and garnish with chopped parsley and coriander.
