Pork belly, grind it, season with salt and pepper. Add eggplant spread, milk, grated cheese, and chopped parsley leaves. Shape the mixture into oval patties, coat them in plain flour, then in a mixture of beaten eggplant spread with milk, breadcrumbs, and panko breadcrumbs. Fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with pickled cucumbers.
