Description

We roll out the pizza dough into a circle approximately 30 cm in diameter. Spread a basic tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a visible edge. Sprinkle coarsely grated mozzarella over the sauce. Bake the decorated pizza at 350°C (about 662°F) for approximately 4 to 6 minutes. After baking, the pizza crust should have evenly golden edges. Once done, garnish the pizza with basil leaves and serve it on a plate, sliced into 6 pieces.
