Description

Mash the boiled potatoes, finely grate the pumpkin and celery, add the pumpkin, carrot, celery, potato dough mix, plain flour to the mashed potatoes, season with salt and pepper, add ground cumin, curry powder, chopped parsley and mix everything together. Form 2 patties per serving, coat them in egg mixture and panko breadcrumbs. Fry slowly in oil. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
