Description

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes, season with salt, and cook until tender. Sauté diced beef on a base of onions, add sweet paprika, pour in broth, season with salt, caraway seeds, and simmer the meat until tender. Prepare a light roux from oil and flour, add it to the soup, and simmer. Add the cooked potatoes. Finally, season with pepper, salt, garlic, marjoram, and soup seasoning.
