Description

Cook the pasta as usual, drain, let it drain well, and toss with oil. Sauté sliced mushrooms and chopped onion in butter. Mix the pasta with the mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and transfer to a baking dish. After a brief baking, pour beaten eggs with milk over the pasta and bake in the oven until golden brown. Serve with pickled beets, and serve in bowls as a side dish with main meals.
