Cut the smoked meat and bacon into cubes. Slice the boiled potatoes into thicker slices. Finely chop the onion and fry it in fat until golden. Grease a baking dish with fat, mix the potatoes with the chopped meat, fried onion, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly in the baking dish. After partially baking, pour over the salted egg mixture beaten with milk and bake until done. Serve with pickled cucumber and garnish with chopped chives.
