Description

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, brush with oil, and bake in a convection oven. Cut the pumpkin into cubes, season with salt, drizzle with oil, and bake. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil in a pot, add the pumpkin purée, pour in the broth, season to taste, and add the baked pumpkin. Mix with cooked rice and soften with butter.
