Description

Sauté the onion in butter. Add chopped cabbage, mushrooms, bay leaf, allspice, pour in water, salt, and cook. Add sliced, sautéed sausage with smoked meat to the soup. Thicken the soup with flour mixed in cream and cook thoroughly. Add chopped boiled eggs and cook briefly. Season with pepper, garlic, and salt. Garnish the soup with chopped parsley when serving.
