Marinate the meat the day before in a mixture of apple cider vinegar, cane sugar, salt, and turmeric. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown, add finely chopped garlic and ginger, and fry briefly. Add the diced meat and fry, add the crushed tomatoes, salt, spices, pour in water and simmer until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens. Garnish with fresh coriander and chopped chili peppers.
