We pour water over pre-boiled chopped tripe and cook until tender. We sauté chopped onions in oil until pink, sprinkle with flour, and prepare a light roux. To the roux, we add ground paprika and caraway seeds. While stirring constantly, we pour in beef broth, add the cooked tripe, and simmer. Finally, we season with garlic, salt, pepper, marjoram, and soup seasoning.
