Description

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the pancetta, garlic, chopped chili peppers, and fry together. Add the crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, and soften with butter. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 3-4 minutes so that it is still al dente. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss lightly. When serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
