Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon until golden brown. Deglaze with wine and let it simmer briefly. Add cooked pasta and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg mixture with cheese and cream. Remove the pan with pasta from the heat, pour in the egg mixture, and mix thoroughly to coat the pasta evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve sprinkled with grated Gran Moravia cheese.
